Sucontesa Textil SA , history roots are introduced in Catalan Textile Trade from the beginning of this century and they assert their secular, pushy and dynamic character. Our company is presented as a solid structure which has been able to increase and to adapt its basis to the new trade exigencies.

SUCONTESA TEXTIL, S.A. , as it is actually understood, comes from an embryonic member of Hicesa -Spanish Spinner Centre, S.A- industrial group and San José Store. Afterwards it was connected to the pioneering company Printed Lyon Barcelona which was situated both in Madrid and Barcelona.

Such firms depend on several important factories which were distinguished by national textile ambit. So much so that Catalan industry , which was highly recognised for a long time, takes a leading role in it.

Later, in 1986, the firm experimented a social increase and it gets into a new legal form and nomenclature. All of this as a direct consequence of a familiar restructuring and a market-place situation which advised reorganisation.
